Job Requisites:

1. Age: 19 years to 35 years
2. Minimum Qualification: Intermediate
3. Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college goers)
4. Experience 0-1 year of experience in BPO/ Customer service industry.
5. Communication skills Exceptional Spoken English skills.
6. The selected candidates should be able to join ASAP and have all documents handy for background verification.
7. Shifts- Rotational US shifts (Should be comfortable to work in night shifts)
8. Cab Facility will be provided.
9. 5-Days working (2 Rotational and Split offs)
10. Leaves will not be allowed during initial 6 months

Experience: 0-4 Years

Job Profile:
1. Handling outbound and inbound calls from US and resolving customer grievances.
2. Candidate should have good technical skills.
